• We Prefer To Speak Over The Phone Before Setting The Appointment, Our Service Is Very Personal And We Don't Want To Waste Your Time Or Money.

• We Are Not Attorneys And Therefore Will Not Provide Any Legal Advice.

Schedule The Appointment

• We Cover A Large Service Area And Book Appointments 24 Hours A Day On A First-Come, First-Served Basis. 

• We Are Available 7 Days A Week; Late Evening Or Weekend Appointments May Have A Fee Increase.

• If Witnesses Are Required, It Is Best That You Check Their Schedules First And Then Check Our Availability. We Can Supply Witnesses For An Additional Fee. Witnesses Should Ideally Be Unrelated To The Transaction, Be 18+, And May Be Required To Provide A Valid Photo ID. 

Expectations At Appointment

• We Will Need A Valid Piece Of Government-Issued Photo ID From Anyone Having Their Signature Notarized. 

• The Signer(s) Will Need To Know What They Are Signing And Be Able To Do So Both Physically And Mentally And Do So Willingly And Freely (We Can Accept A Mark As A Signature).

• We Set Aside Time And Base Our Fee On The Info Provided Before Booking, If There Are Additional Requests We Reserve The Right To Adjust The Fee Accordingly.

Payment Terms

• We Accept Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and we can invoice via QuickBooks.

• Payment is required at the end of the appointment or prior to it. 

• If we travel to the location and there is a no-show or no-sign situation, we bill the full fee.
